I haven't spoken to him in a great while. Something reminded me of him the other day.

My point in posting is about just how the young girl felt. Why should society interfere with what that girl wanted... or needed? I was thinking that the girl had a very bad experience with someone Her own age and needed an experienced person to show Her that sex was not bad. She obviously wanted it. Society was injuring Her by policy.

I would imagine (I don't really know) that a rape counselor would only be able to say, "You did nothing wrong" and "You will get over it soon." Or some such crap. Where my friend would have done the same thing and then showed Her what real love and sex is about.

I never heard anything more about it but it did make me think a lot about society and how it can hurt individuals in their policies to "serve" the masses.
