I totally reject the idea that "if you're not one of us you don't understand". Different groups of people can communicate their experience with others. And no member of group X can understand fully the experience of other members of group X anyway. Group membership as a criterion for understanding is overrated these days.

I and the other VPs also are people who ARE pedophiles but don't share the pro-legalization conclusion.
