It is true that people who have been thinking about these issues for a long time are unlikely to change their views, because new evidence is so rarely truly new and astounding. You are the one who is committed to an ideological position and cherry-picks studies to support that view and does a lot of arm-waving to even make them relevant. But of course I know you don't see it that way.
