What I'm looking for is, for today, what is the "best guess" ratio of heteropedophilia to homopedophilia?

And, since I'm on a roll with questions, what difference is there in the words gynephilia and heteropedophilia? I would assume that gyne... would apply to all females where heteropedo... would apply to just prepubes. I just don't have time to play with the Internet today.
