If Justin Bieber flirted with them, I'd bed they'd continue to swoon. If he invited them on dates and got to know them, they'd continue to be swooned. If, over time, a close emotional thing developed, they'd continue to be swooned. At that point I'd be incredibly surprised to find out they weren't unzipping the Biebs' pants when they thought no other adults were watching. If they had begun dating somewhere along, it would be even more surprising if there wasn't at the least some quasi-criminal sensual or straight up criminal sexual behaviour... Of course, all victimless

However, Biebs likely isn't attracted to much younger girls, given his choice of fiancee.
