FStoppers, for instance, was started by people named Patrick Hall and Lee Morris. It probably has a whois lookup and may well be incorporated in some jurisdiction.

Jodie Oette is in the MD/DC area, sort of borderlike. Also, apparently, publicly advertising and likely incorporated.

Start hitting, or get more of this. The art itself is not remotely risque and it's a stretch to call most of these people "children"... but so what?
