Because I kid you not, I have heard people say weather is racist, straight-faced seriously! One guy told me it is due to gentrification. Black people were intentionally huddled into areas with bad weather conditions. (And obviously they can't just move, right?) This is what I'm talking about. When it comes to equal rights & privileges, fair pay, what have you, I will be one of the first to defend anyone. But again, once the ends have been met the freaks grab the baton.
Asians, in their minority, are highly successful financially in any and all accounts, though sadly are also experiencing prejudice from highly rated colleges and universities for the sake of so-called fairness to other races. As you might know, I am part Asian so I have become well aware of this. To avoid this SAT demerit system, it has been suggested that Asian students mark "other" on applications that ask for race. That'll fool 'em, Tanaka Kenji-san! By the way, there is a bit of a common misconception regarding Asian-American financial status. True, it is the highest median income. But whites have the highest average income as well as highest average net worth. The latter two determine wealth more than median income. ![]() |
