In a first world country beginning with adequate recources, and only incidental passing of traits that work against the individual. The above scenario from the point of view that places, say, long-term sense of well-being as a focal criterion gets a C+ AT BEST.
C- would be trending towards abusive/negligent (although anything within the C range would arguably be)... Ds would be reserved for blatant abuse/abusive negligence and F would be a failing grade for death, basically. Of course, the standard changes depending on perspective. Some people have better perspective than others - whether by personal choice or by an overbearing set of circumstances. ~ Bow |
