Ya gotta read betwixt da lines.
The principal of an elementary school in East York was charged with assaulting a student late last month. Two sources told CityNews the student has exhibited violent behaviour in the past. A letter was written and sent to a concerned parent. In it, an “aggressive incident” resulting in several students and a staff member being injured was reported. “While it is important to remember that laying criminal charges does not constitute guilt, and that a person is innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law, we also cannot and do not take these allegations lightly,” she said in a letter sent to parents. ...criminal charges does not constitute guilt... You would have have seen that blurb if some guy had been erroneously charged with doing something sexual with a kid. THE CHARGE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE GUILT is supposed to be applied to ALL people including those charged with child abuse cases. |
