...it's a mixed bag; I wouldn't get that happy. It still means that it's still as bad as it looks, it just also means that it was a hell of a lot worse than you knew.

There is, however, an active resistance now, and we've been largely dislodged as a "safe" base for the gang's operations, which disrupts the gang; they're readily visible because they've been turned out and somewhat booted from the establishment.

So the bad news about the possibility that I'm right is that it is still as bad as it looks, and was just far more horrific before. And this is probably so...
