Some years ago there was a tv show about building really amazing tree houses, sometimes actual houses. There was one episode I happened to catch with two very pretty girls for whom the treehouse was built. I'm thinkin' any smart pedo would live in a treehouse just to have a cool pad that impresses the little ladies. Zoning restrictions might be a huge headache, however.
