The latest version is 0.3.5.5-alpha; unless they change their versioning policy, there will never be a 1.0.0.

Perhaps you're talking about Tot Browser? The latest version is 8.5a4. It will always share any vulnerabilities and bugs of the underlying Firefox LTS version. Incidentally, that version fixes a Firefox vulnerability. Read the Changelog.
