I figure there should be at least some quotes someone should be able to dig up. I think the issue has largely taken a back seat to Trump's insanity, though when I was more involved in pedo politics, every piece of legislation that I came across that intended to make things even worse for sex offenders etc. was introduced/supported by republicans. There's one right now the republicans are trying to push through that would make child sex dolls illegal in the US.
