Just about Urteil. My opinion is different now. Kafka was an expressionist and sometimes just relied on his insticts; he did not always know what he was saying, but somehow he knew it anyway. Interpretation of dreams: Freud was right, Jung was right, the modern brain researches are right; the truth is all this combined.

But to claim that Das Urteil or the other countless small stories could be fully interpreted would remember Freud's opinion that all dreams could be interpreted exhaustively, all that meaningless crap (did he never said so?). The only way to interpret dreams are the all known methods together.

I understand, if we speak about my modest but still intelligent writing, that while my stories are full of the illogical, I may be too technical sometimes. You develop all the time...
