Good points. Interestingly, we have either modified existing scales to fit better with MAPs' experience or created our own questions for these two surveys. So the surveys are a mix of general psychology measures, adapted MAP-specific measures, and new MAP-specific questions. Having scales adapted/created for MAPs will be an important and exciting addition to the field, as you say.

We also received some good feedback from other sites about item wording or additional questions to ask, which will be helpful in our future research efforts.
