I think I know what you mean.

This message has a dual purpose: I comment on your message, but at the same time I test if it is now possible to post a message with a title that you have just used earlier.

You know, there was a phase when GC told you "it seems that the message has already been posted" if you had posted a message with the similar title 10 or 100 years ago.
