Many of those visitors would not be friendlies, obviously. So you'd need some solid hands on deck to deal with their creative hostilities beforehand. And yet, you need a larger pool to draw from to find the individuals willing to devote selfless free time to the place, and most likely not anyone who hasn't demonstrated themselves over time.
