Yes, I smiled at 2:05. But I seriously doubt it was because of that. The accent was just too heavy to "prove" it was English.

However...

Even though the two girls are enjoying a frozen treat the way normal kids do, the adult censor thoughts were related to what the censor was thinking. It's rather obvious if that video was censored. The girls had no idea that they were appearing to be sexual.
