I've seen no direct reports. I have seen indirect evidence, such as a late-teen asking "what these flaps on my vagina are."

As far as I can tell, it mostly involves p2p discourse and webcamming on the internet. Which is probably moderately educational. As far as a magic world in which children are treated as people, or even where unwanted contact is discouraged (remember - "sex ed" used to mean stern lectures not to talk to strangers about what goes on at home)... I would hold out little to no hope.
