Tragic. But it is in the comments section that I wish to highlight.

Exposing a 13 year old to punishments reserved for adults must be offset by exposing the same 13 year old to freedoms reserved for adults. Non-adults are just that: NON adults.

The masses of wester-people want control over other wester-people and anyone else they bump into. For example, they don't want YOU to have a gun while (as police) THEY do. They don't want Miners [sic] to have freedoms that adults enjoy, but they want to be able to punish Miners (come on, it's a play on words!) with the full force of adult might.

Cesium and Water.
Calcium Gluconate.
Nitrogen Triiodide.
Ammonium Dichromate.
Hydrogen Peroxide and Potassium Iodide.
Potassium Chlorate and Candy.

Crap... wrong kind of solutions...

Point out their own wester-people stupidities to them and/or just ignore their obnoxious rules.
