I agree that being with her is a goal, a desire, sometimes a passion and, lucky me, I get days like that from time to time. Never often enough for me. But her? She is not mine. I have , at last, trained myself to let her be (well, most of the time) and know that my love for her will keep me warm, wherever she is.

It’s never quite enough. But that’s okay.
