Well, you're pretty much right. With that said, allow me to focus the point a bit. Now, much of my statistical claims probably are not accurate, but the gist of it will be.

99% of English speaking people in Canada (because I live there, eh?) want to do business with, party with, or get married to... other English speaking people. Yet, there is that tiny, one percent that do business with, party with, and/or get married to... non English speaking people. 99% of young girls in Canada (because I live there, eh?) want to wear sexy clothes for, flash their sparkling eyes at, party with, maybe eventually get married to, or just plain have sex with... young boys their own age.
