I certainly am not arresting kids for having sex with other kids and I truly don't know what you mean by "your ilk"."

Many jurisdictions expressly make a legal exemption leaving it legal for children to have sex with other children. However, many jurisdictions omit to have such an exemption and do persecute children for having sex with other children.
