I didn't get around to reading to the OP yet, but will do so and reply eventually. Looks like lots of it is spot on from what I can see.

I am outraged by any form of child genital cutting, and I sure hope I didn't come across as anything else.

Male genital mutilation, however, is legal in most of the world.

I can't speak for everyone else here, but I believe in something called gender equality when it comes to basic human rights. I suspect you'll ignore everything else I've said, and turn that on its head, but it is what it is.

I do look forward to your rebuttal of "American circumcision" though. Going to check now if you've posted anything on it... ;-)
