Then the receiver should rename the sub file so that it's name is EXACTLY the same as the movies name. There must not be a slightest difference in the actual file name, except that the movie file has its own extension, and the subtitle file has the extension .srt

And the subtitle file must be in the very same folder/subfolder as the movie itself.
