So for everyone's safety, I'm hoping the management here will install the algorithm I've created which bans anything about girls who are not 8-11 (anything outside this range is very abusive) as well as any content that promotes violence by attempting to disagree with these new rules.

The list of banned speech may increase, albeit in a careful and responsible manner, meaning it will be restricted ONLY to any new content that I don't like.

If all of this checks out, you may then use the iris scan app and enter your national insurance id/social security number to remove the block.
