So, ya know... if you're fucking with Florida over the Copenhaagen shooting, there's really no reason not to seize the whole gulf.

The first thing, of course, is the role of french guiana in both the kind of cocaine trafficking we don't need, and in inserting undesireable troops into central and south america. This immediately points to the glaring fact that there is way, way too much french presence in the carribean entirely - in addition to guiana, it also controls martinique and guadaloupe; it is still an illegal colonial power.

The second thing, well....

responsibility for official documents, such as
- the production of identity documents, including identity cards and passports;
- the issuing of driving licences, and their administrative withdrawal in case of certain offenses;
- the application of immigration rules;

That sounds... frighteningly useful to a bad actor with an interest in drug trafficking and illegal military operations. What do we know about this office?

they were dependent for office on the whim of the central government, the prefects became concerned primarily with police and elections, and one of their principal functions was to ensure the government a safe parliamentary majority.

...their main responsibility was to ensure that regional and departmental authorities were complying with national legislation.

Okay, so they exist to suppress democracy and subvert the empire to the will of the central government. Tl;dr, the french central government is the problem.

Those who remember drafting the libyan no-fly zone in chat probably also remember the french assault on the kel tajik in Mali, giving us the second lybian attack and dumping a fuckload of arms on Iraq. tl;dr, the french central government is the fiction you call ISIS...

...a fact that remains.

This... may make it pertinent that tor was attacked...

...for the purpouse of corruption in spain.

The french central government is the big prize, however, because it is the main bad actor.

The other major concern is, well... intraregional trafficking architecture. A map of florida would be nice...

Oh, look, there it is. Basically, "don't get close to Tampa on the way to Nashville." But, of course, there's a destination field, as well.

Funny little story about why BP has no oil fields on the Iranian side of that line... and in fact, BP may be the terrorist actor. Early 1900s antifeminist action, with prohibition/child labor/age of consent, basically existed, in addition to serving as a cover for the most vile, fucked up racism, to coerce the use of petroleum in the new automobile when a free, self-producible fuel was available. Their next trick, knocking over Germany and Japan from a base in california, is basically open record - and it's either them or Rockefeller. For those that don't like pouring over maps...

Text list at bottom.

If I read this right...

Exxon and BP are the only overlap, and thus, the only ones capable of subverrting the oil fields to promote trafficking and terrorism.

'sup, China. Didn't fix the illegal political rendition of that CEO's daughter yet, did end your terrorism problem in xinjiang.

So... that's the map to total gulf control, which would lock the terrorist wing out of everything except the egyptian/libyan border, israel, and iraq (and hamburg). Polk and jefferson counties, pensacola, the destruction of the french central government and guillotining of its petty (or nonpetty) officials, and the cessation of the oil platforms used in terrorist trafficking. Billington may be a minor player, but that's also a common way to get a foothold; kill its executives, secretary, janitor, etc...

During the last protest of BP, cutting gas station hoses was noted as profoundly effective. Those things are exceedingly arson-resistant, but a cut hose is a dead pump.

I... suggest total gulf control. It's a good precursor to hitting upstream, preferably immediately.
