Eeyore, and everybody:
I am NOT NOT NOT asking for a fund raiser. I will figure something out. But if anyone wants to visit, my gosh, I'd be pleased to spend some quality time watching seagulls fight, listen to waves slap the hull, and sharing an incredible sunset or two with you! I often go out before 4 or 5 am just to watch a sunrise. Such things take an hour to happen and gives you time to contemplate so many things. From the repository of the Gimwinkle memories: how to create a passion in little girls: Little girls have very short attention spans and a very limited amount of patience to slow their lives down. So, to give really good life experiences to Her, wait until just at sundown, take Her out away from civilization's insanities, let Her explore the workings of a sailboat until She gets so tired that the gentle rocking tantalizes Her to fall asleep wherever She happens to be lounging. But entice Her more with fun activities so you both will later sleep soundly in the V-berth through the night. Then share a warm breakfast with Her and the two of you watch a magical sunrise together. Let Her fall back asleep in your arms to finish out the morning. And, thus, you have the meaning of life: to live that experience. To remember it. |
