if you were honestly in love with her, you wouldn't lust after other girls - not literally, at least. you might have thoughts about other girls, but assuming you were in a mutually committed monogamous romantic relationship, in the truest sense of that phrase, you would not even have a desire to let your thoughts wander in that direction (although it's okay if you did, but you might feel guilty about it which could adversely affect your relationship, and that's something you would want to limit to the fullest extent because the thought of hurting the relationship and thus hurting her would be so out of the question you wouldn't dwell on it - that's not to say that we might not make an error of judgment on occasion, and if you were to do so to an extent that she'd doubt your fundamental love for her or be unable to healthily cope with too many fuck-ups, then that's pretty much the end of the relationship).

but at the end of the day it comes down to her comfort levels more than anything else. you'd have to listen to know the exact behaviours that cause her any pain or discomfort and avoid those like the plague or at least confine them to a degree that she doesn't mind because that's respect and you don't get a princess when you don't act like a knight.

girl-loving is - remember - not necessarily sexual (i mean, unless it ought to be, meaning she wants it and it's contextually appropriate - our argument with society is with when it's contextually appropriate, but it shouldn't be a major point because what we really care about is the love and joy that we can inspire in them and that they can inspire in us).

you can experience more than plenty of that love and that joy from children who aren't romantically related to you without lusting after them. as a general rule we want to deal with our lust in private ways with (what i would hope are) the obvious exceptions.
