Many people have experimented with it in an attempt to understand something they normally would not be able to. The problem is, it's illegal. While everyone here knows my opinion of illegality, what that does do is create a black market and such market is known to (has a nasty habit of) selling old dirty socks for live chickens. Today, you just don't know what you are being sold: acid or PCP or antifreeze for your car.

If you CAN get some pure, be it known that a gram of lysergic acid diethylamide is almost impossible to get and, if you COULD, it'd be super expensive. However much people are willing to pay for whatever is being marketed as LSD, but it's incredibly rare since 2013 and the chances of actually obtaining LSD at this point are extremely low .

There are literally at least a half dozen analogs, many of which are better. LSZ and AL-LAD, ETH-LAD, PRO-LAD…1-P. LSD is horrible.

DOC (chemically unrelated) was typically the best and almost indistinguishable, however rather than a sharp peak, it was like stretching out the curve so it was less intense but longer.

Anything NBOME is horrible.

Back in the day it was $5 a hit. Maybe $300 a sheet. Retail prices, of course. Bulk, a page was maybe $900 at most. Crystal (you had to go to the right festivals).. you could get “fluff” to “silver” grade for maybe $100.
