All cars in Russia have dash cams. I think it's the law. Also, though, I love the concept that guys who do really stupid stuff seem to get instant justice. I remember a guy plowing into a dozen cars with a tractor and random guys just climbing up on it and pummeling him for it. This seems to be the norm. I look at all the opioid curbside camping in my area and remember this form of instant behavioral correction. No state funding needed.

I'm reminded that this might be fascism or something, but what of desperation stemming from utterly ineffective government leadership?
