Hi old friends,

I just stopped by tonight to see some old names from a couple of decades ago - I responded to gater's passing and wanted to let you know I'm still doing well, even if I'm not in the best of circumstances at the moment. I wish I could tell you more but I'm being cautious.

I probably haven't posted in a decade and I'm surprised I remembered my password. I've changed a lot and found that I enjoy hanging with boys a lot more than girls these days, and I've lost a lot of the sexual attraction from years past. Even so, I'd gladly hang out with kids over adults at any opportunity.

Since 2010, I've held the sky up for about 20 kids and teens, and even served as a temporary parent a couple of times, saving one boy's life in the process. I'll try not to be a stranger, and I'll check in from time to time. Thanks to those new folks who are carrying on GC. BTW, someone needs to update the Girlchat Committee page. (grin)

Best current advice for any young MAPs: Accept and treasure the love that is given, even if is not the love you wanted or the way you wanted it - it may be the best the child or family can give you at the time.
