A couple of options for you ...

If the chat is open, we usually have auto-registration on, so you can just register yourself:

https://lifeline.chat/register.html

If chat is not open, or if we have disabled registration temporarily to fend off a troll, you can send us an email at:

lifeline@lifeline.chat

I haven't seen an email from you, so please try again. :)

Finally you can also do a support request and select registration from the list:

https://lifeline.chat/support
