Late last Friday I came home after visiting my sister. That evening I was tired and did not think of anything... Then, on Saturday, I opened my "writing computer" for a short while and made a small walk outside, 20-25 minutes.

Saturday was a good day. My mind was light, and I felt that I am on holiday.

Then on Sunday I felt that I must make a longer walk again, one hour, and open my writing computer again for a longer session. And in Sunday evening I was anxious and depressed just as always.

So I had one good day... one day when my mind was light... how many such days do I have in one year? Maybe three.
