I have been trying to shorten a story. Easy job, just close your eyes, select parts of the text and delete them? No, it does not happen that way. Imagine that there are chapters in that story; then you must shatter them into pieces and put the pieces together again so that the remaining text is one chapter shorter. Something like that.

Requires a lot of thinking, in other words work, and I hate work.

I feel that in the last few days I have done half of my job, the other half is still left.

A few days more, and I will be relatively satisfied.

I feel that I should say something more, something on-topic, but I have no thoughts in my mind.
