And always aim to appreciate the whole person.

Remember that you, as a girl-lover, have a very special gift to play an important role in the lives of the young girls you admire: bolstering their confidence in themselves in any area, scaffolding them to learn and grow in ways others may not have the time or patience for, and healing them with your powerful appreciation for them and empathy for them. Girls want all of that. And no, they don't mind the gawking - as long as it's not too much gawking. They know they're pretty. Aim not to exploit your time with them for that purpose as much as possible, though, because they want all the other stuff much more and need it much more.

And it would be a shame to let your very special gift go to waste in the interest of these shallow pleasures of the eyes - a shame for them and for you.

Hopefully you know all of this already, and that I mean it as a gentle reminder more than as a warning.
