Looking at the source, most of the people responding did a pretty good job - telling the mother that those sorts of fantasies are perfectly normal (heck, I remember kids at school talking about sexual things in 1st and 2nd grade), and that she should respect her daughter's privacy. There was one or two who disagreed, but that was the minority view.
