The West. Or, at least, one part of it.

How is it possible that one country can enforce it's own concepts of laws (rules the country's own people only agree to) upon another country? If I go to Thailand or some such place and the West doesn't like what I do there, it is now possible for them to order the smaller country to knuckle under the West's demands. So much for a country's sovereignty, eh? Might makes right?
