But it's sex and drug "crimes" that are targeted. If you're a US citizen, go somewhere where the AOC is 12 or 14 etc., have sex with adolescents, if the US authorities find out, you're fucked.

Of course, so long as the crime has nothing to do with the US, only US citizens are targeted. They don't give a shit about Senor Ecuadorian banging a 14 yo in Ecuador.
