Billi is a sadliphany. He is even a registered sadliphany . He is on the sadliphany registry so we all know where he lives and we can harass him without worrying about what the police might do to us if we get caught.

Sadliphanies are terrible scourges of the community. They know how terrible they are so instead of announcing what they are to a community that wants to see them die in the most painful way possible they hide who they are and try to blend in.

Sadliphanies hurt sweet cute adorable innocent and pure children. The things sadliphanies like to do to children is like ripping the wings off of Cherubs ( little diaper baby angels ).
