There's a reason obsessions are obsessions. We humans (humen?) are hardwired to be sexual. It's a survival thing. For us here, though, we can't consummate our obsession. We need a release.

Fantasy, imaginary lovers, etc. are all that we legally can have. Focus on that. Regiment yourself. Schedule things. If your obsession interferes with your life, then it's a problem.
