Silly me. I actually believed the hype that Saturday morning's fun and fitness invitation would be an enjoyable social event. Wrong! So very wrong!

It turned out to be 75 minutes of intense physical torture as a means to recruit new and serious fitness boot camp members.

The only upside was that one of the coaches brought her 4yo daughter with her. This bubbly little angel took my breath away. Her big blue eyes and perfect little face were framed by a full mane of strawberry blonde curls. Except for the blonde hair, she very much reminded me of AMS Cherish at that age.

Had she not been there, joyfully working out with the twenty of us, keeping me somewhat distracted from the pain, the extended torture would have been unbearable.

As I write this, my muscles are still extremely sore, but I hope that I will never forget the magical moments in the presence of that beautiful little angel.
