Huddling

There is an old tradition amongst rural families in northern Scotland called "huddling", where they put their daughters in bed with male guests to keep them warm on cold nights. They tie the girls' legs together tightly with rope. Fortunately, my days as a carnival magician/escape artist made me an expert at untying knots.
