You are asking about sexual contact with people who have AIDS. Are you HIV+? Do you want to be?
And anyone with late stage AIDS is most certainly going to be in excruciating pain. They will likely need pain killers. I don't know... Instigating sexual contact with a defenseless, very ill person who is doped up on pain killers and is not in the right frame of mind to make decisions... What are the ethics? What do you think?
