I do believe that children are able to consent. It has to be meaningful consent, though. Meaningful consent means they need to know what they are actually consenting to, for it to be considered consent. Babies are born with 60% of the adult brain. After 3, it's 95% of the adult brain. That last 5% though... That's all the neurons, synapses, and neurological systems that are involved with processing sexual stimulation, sexual experiences, feelings, etc. Before puberty, they can feel attraction, but it's all cerebral. They can also understand what sex is, but there is no depth to their understanding and it's more of a dictionary definition. They can also have a sexual response, but it's just a reaction to stimulation and they don't have the sex hormones necessary to go through normal states of arousal. Gimwinkle... You have been married to adult women. You know this. You have seen the difference. I mean, it's visible. I know you know what I'm talking about. Don't anybody accuse me of being anti pedophilia...
