The prevalence of pedophilic disorder is unknown, but the highest possible prevalence in the male population is theorized to be approximately three to five percent.

As of 8 November 2018, the United States is estimated to have a population of 328,953,020.

The population is distributed by age as follows:

0–14 years: 18.62% (male 31,255,995/female 29,919,938)
15–24 years: 13.12% (male 22,213,952/female 21,137,826)
25–54 years: 39.29% (male 64,528,673/female 64,334,499)
55–64 years: 12.94% (male 20,357,880/female 21,821,976)
65 years and over: 16.03% (male 22,678,235/female 28,376,817)

For males over 15 years old, that comes to 129,778,740 (unless I didn't key in the numbers correctly.)

3 percent of that is 3,893,362 or just under 4 million of us just in the United States.

5 percent of that is 6,488,937 or just over 6 million of us just in the United States.

An estimated 20 percent of American children have been sexually molested.

The number of children below 15 years old comes to 61,175,933 which would make 12,235,186 American children who have been sexually molested.

If there is just 3 percent of us, then that means we each, on average, molest three kids.

If there is just 5 percent of us, then that means we each, on average, molest almost five kids.

Hope this helps get your head around the theoretical population.
