Part of it was drinking. I have not been able to stop drinking altogether, but if I nowadays drink two successive days in 4 or 5 months, alone, without going to the bars or parks, just beer or cider-like mild drinks, do not post much, remember everything that has happened... well, it could be called normal or almost normal.
