When I was on my extended vacation, there were two humans that were note worthy regarding this topic. One was a fully changed male into a surgically viable female. In a man's prison. The State said they had to go by the birth certificate of record. There were quite a few male inmates that were very protective of her. Even the C/O's were protective, to a degree. From the time she was there, I never heard of anyone attempt the deed.

The other fellow was only female by persuasion. He was a legal eagle so nobody would bother him/her.
