Walking that long may help me, as well. Don't know about the wild side, though. (smile)
I also need to use a CPAP. With it, I get a good 3-4 hours of interrupted sleep. Without it, I'm lucky to get an hour of shallow sleep at a time, and if I'm really tired when I retire, I often wake up suffocating. Yes, obstructive sleep apnea can be deadly, which is why I put up with the inconvenience of tubes and mask. |
