I have experienced, to some degree, pain, and the pain of loss.

I know that words on a screen do not help at all then.

Pain and Joy are inescapable parts of life.

By communicating with others, ones that can and do understand us,

we can make being human in this amazing and yet painful and frightful

world a little less unbearable.

It is, to a large part, what makes us human.

So, remain being human- things never stay the same for ever.
